CCHL/NOJHL VETERAN HANNAFORD SIGNS
Ty Hannaford, a well traveled four year junior hockey veteran, is expected to play a huge role in the 2017-2018 edition of the Almaguin Spartans.
The 3rd round selection of the Spartans in the 2017 GMHL Entry Draft, Hannaford will be bringing close to 200 games of junior experience to the lineup.
His last two years have been spent with the Elliot Lake Wildcats of the NOJHL. At 6'0, 200lbs, the power forward has some offensive upside. He posted 38 points in 80 career NOJHL games including 23 goals.
Prior to playing in Elliot Lake, Hannaford split time between Jr. B and Jr. A out of Ottawa, Ontario.
Ty is expected to play a big role in this year's lineup and the Spartans community welcomes him to the organization.
