Star Goalie Lands in Almaguin
The Almaguin Spartans are thrilled to announce the addition of WSHL Championship and All Star Goaltender Erik Spath.
The 6'5, 210 pound Swedish Goaltender started the season in the Federal Hockey League with the Watertown Wolves.
Spartans General Manager David Forde had this to say about the addition of Spath "Adding a goaltender with Erik's size, skill and proven experience is huge for our club. Our goal this season is a championship and everyone knows you need great goaltending to win. We think we have added an incredible goaltender and overall we feel very confident with our skill and depth in goal. Erik is the type of goalie that can win the big games and provides a lot of confidence for the guys playing in front of him. He will also be another great veteran addition to our dressing room. He will be joining our club this week."
